If a student is sick please reschedule the lesson. The instructor can end the lesson if the student is visibly sick.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
There is a 15 minute grace period. A no show is a late cancellation.
Pool temperature and pool maintenance are your responsibility. Pool temperature should be between 84-90 degrees. You will be charged for lessons canceled without 24 hours notice for this reason. The instructor can end a lesson early due to improper temperature or unsanitary conditions.
If a student is absent while the lesson takes place, the lesson time is lost for the absentee, unless all members of the group decide to cancel that lesson, and with proper notice.
Services are not transferable. If for any reason the student is not satisfied, Swim Lessons San Diego will refund any unused portion of the lessons up to 30 days after the date of the purchase.
